Design Review Board

The Design Review Board advises the Development Review Board on matters related to the design of buildings and signs in the Town's commercial and historic districts.

The seven member Design Review Board is appointed by the Selectboard to three year terms. The following citizens have been appointed to the Design Review Board by the Selectboard: 

• John Watanabe, chair (term expires June 30, 2012)
• Raymond Ferrarin (term expires June 30, 2012)
• Perry Green (term expires June 30, 2011)
• Brenda Madkour (term expires June 30, 2010)
• Shirley Maiden (term expires June 30, 2011)

The Selectboard appoints Burr and Burton Academy students from Manchester to Town boards and commissions. The following students are appointed to the Design Review Board as voting members:

• Devin Halligan (term expires June 30, 2010)
• Julie Nolan (term expires June 30, 2010)
