The Development Review Board is responsible for approving, modifying or disapproving development proposals. The Board is also responsible for hearing appeals from decisions of the zoning administrator and granting or denying variances.

The seven member Development Review Board is appointed by the Selectboard to three year terms. The Selectboard also appoints Burr and Burton Academy students from Manchester to Town boards and commissions. Click here to view a list of current Board members.
The Development Review Board typically meets twice per month on Wednesdays at 7:30 PM at Town Hall. The Development Review Board meets on Wednesdays at 7:30 P.M. unless otherwise noted.
