*Factory Point Cemetery collects a $250 Headstone Guarantee to ensure that a headstone is placed on a new grave within 12 months of the burial. The $250 guarantee is returned when a headstone is placed on the grave. The $250 is retained by the Cemetery if a headstone is not in place within the 12 months and the Town of Manchester will have a headstone placed on the grave. The Headstone Guarantee will not be collected if there is a headstone on an existing gravesite being opened for a current burial.
