Joint meeting with Selectboard (also serving as Board of Sewer Commissioners) to discuss proposed FY 2013 budget.

Attendees: Selectboard and Sewer Board, Water Commissioners: Ivan Beattie-Chair, Lambert (Chops) Zoller, Douglas Kilburn; Town Manager-John O’Keefe; Finance Director-Ruth Woodard; Water/Sewer Superintendent David Sheldon Jr, and others.

After discussing the budget, Kilburn moved, Zoller seconded, to approve the Water budget as proposed, contingent upon wage and benefits decisions for all full time non-union employees, to be discussed later in the meeting.  Motion carried 3-0.

Kilburn moved, seconded by Zoller, to adjourn. Motion carried 3-0. Meeting with Selectboard continued.
