FY 2011 Budget

O'Keefe, Sheldon and the Board discussed the Town Manager's FY 2011 budget recommendations.

The Board, through consensus, made changes to the following line items:

• FICA/MEDI Payroll Taxes
• Workers Compensation Insurance
• Telephone
• Vehicle Maintenance
• Leak Detection
• Equipment Maintenance
• Tools
• Lab Testing/Supplies
• Legal

Sheldon and the Board discussed upcoming State regulations that may prohibit the use of brass fittings that contain trace amounts of lead effective January 1, 2010.

The Board decided to meet again on Wednesday, January 13, 2010 at 8:30AM to approve the budget for FY 2011.

Executive Session - pending litigation

Kilburn moved, seconded by Zoller, to enter into Executive Session for the purposes of discussing pending litigation. Motion carried 3-0. O'Keefe and Sheldon were invited to attend the Session.
